Emily founded Milani Interiors in 2026 after her family’s move back to northern Minnesota. With nine years of residential and commercial design experience in the greater Twin Cities area, she was ready for a new chapter, one that allowed her to build her studio while prioritizing time with her two young girls, her husband, and their dog.

Emily brings a problem-solving mindset to every project, approaching design challenges with inventive, non-traditional solutions that make spaces both functional and inspiring. Her work reflects a deep commitment to thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and the belief that every home should tell a story that feels personal and lived-in.
